Creator applications
Creators may apply through the marketplace form. For an existing application, email contact@zingolo.net from the same address used in your application and include your portfolio link.
Privacy requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” when requesting access, correction or deletion of personal information. We may ask for reasonable identity verification before acting on a request.
Copyright and content concerns
Provide your name, contact details, the work or right concerned, the relevant Zingolo content or project, why you believe use is unauthorised and a good-faith statement that your notice is accurate.
Safety and urgent issues
Use the subject “Urgent safety issue” for suspected fraud, impersonation, non-consensual content or threats of serious harm. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service first.
Response expectations
We aim to acknowledge ordinary support messages within three working days. Complex disputes, rights reviews or privacy requests may require additional time and verification.
