Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. Information you provide must be accurate and current, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
Do not share access credentials, impersonate another person or use Zingolo if your access has been suspended.
Zingolo’s marketplace role
Zingolo helps clients discover creators, submit briefs, receive quotes and manage creative work. Unless expressly stated otherwise, creators are independent professionals—not employees or agents of Zingolo.
The project contract consists of the accepted quote, brief, delivery schedule, revision allowance and any written changes agreed by the client and creator.
Briefs, quotes and delivery
- Clients must provide lawful, accurate and sufficiently detailed briefs and have rights to submitted materials.
- Creators must provide clear quotes covering scope, price, timing, deliverables and included revisions.
- Changes outside the accepted scope may require a new quote or deadline.
- Clients must review delivered work and communicate requested revisions within the agreed review window.
Payments and platform charges
When payments are enabled, displayed prices, taxes, deposits, platform fees and payment schedules will be shown before confirmation. You authorise the relevant payment provider to process approved charges.
Creators are responsible for their own taxes, registrations and reporting unless law requires Zingolo to collect or withhold amounts.
Ownership and AI-assisted work
Clients retain ownership of material they submit. Until full payment, creators retain ownership of drafts and deliverables unless the accepted quote says otherwise. After full payment, the client receives the rights expressly described in the quote.
AI-assisted outputs may be subject to tool-provider terms, may resemble existing material and may not always qualify for exclusive intellectual-property protection. Creators must disclose material restrictions they know about; clients should independently assess high-risk commercial uses.
Acceptable use
You may not use Zingolo for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, exploitative or rights-infringing work; malware; impersonation; non-consensual intimate content; sexual content involving minors; or instructions designed to facilitate serious harm.
We may remove content, reject briefs, pause projects or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or marketplace integrity.
Cancellations, disputes and reviews
Cancellations and refunds follow the Cancellation, Refund & Dispute Policy. Users must participate honestly in dispute resolution and preserve relevant project messages and files.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be manipulated, purchased or used for harassment.
Disclaimers and liability
Zingolo is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every creator, quote or output will meet every subjective expectation, or that AI-assisted output will be unique or free from third-party claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zingolo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms as features or legal requirements change. Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice.
These terms are subject to applicable laws of India. Before formal proceedings, the parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through contact@zingolo.net.
