Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account details, project briefs, references, creator applications, portfolio links, quotes, messages, reviews and support requests.
When payments are enabled, payment providers may process billing information. Zingolo should receive transaction references and limited payment metadata rather than complete card or bank credentials.
We may also collect device, browser, IP address, sign-in, page interaction and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To create accounts, match briefs with suitable creators and enable quotes, collaboration and delivery.
- To review creator applications, portfolios and marketplace quality.
- To provide support, investigate disputes and enforce marketplace rules.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To improve Zingolo and send important service communications.
AI tools and project content
Zingolo creators are humans who may use third-party AI tools as part of their workflow. A creator may need to process parts of your brief, reference material or approved content through those tools to complete the project.
Creators must use appropriate tools, follow the agreed brief and protect confidential material. Do not include highly sensitive personal, financial, health or authentication information unless it is strictly necessary and expressly agreed.
When information is shared
We may share information with the client or creator involved in a project, service providers that support hosting, authentication, communications, payments and security, and professional advisers or authorities when required by law.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information during a merger, financing or business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and dispute records, meet legal obligations and protect legitimate interests. Retention periods may differ by record type.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in access.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing.
Send requests to contact@zingolo.net. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for legal, security or dispute purposes.
Cookies, children and changes
Zingolo may use essential cookies or similar technologies for secure sign-in, session continuity, preferences and fraud prevention. Any future non-essential analytics or advertising cookies should be disclosed and offered with appropriate controls.
The service is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the effective date when we do.
