Who may apply
Zingolo is for human creative professionals. Your application, identity, experience, portfolio, location, availability and specialties must be truthful. Portfolio work must be yours or clearly identify your role.
We may review, approve, decline, pause or remove profiles to protect marketplace quality and safety.
Human-led, AI-enabled work
You remain professionally responsible for every deliverable, whether you use generative AI, editing software, contractors or other tools. AI must support—not misrepresent—your skills and involvement.
Disclose material AI usage or tool limitations when relevant to the brief, licensing, confidentiality, output quality or client’s intended use.
Quotes and communication
- Quote only for work you can reasonably complete.
- State scope, deliverables, price, timeline, dependencies and included revisions clearly.
- Respond professionally and alert the client promptly if timing or scope changes.
- Keep material project decisions in the Zingolo conversation where available.
Quality and delivery
Deliver work that substantially follows the accepted brief, is technically usable in the promised formats and has received meaningful human review. Do not submit raw, obviously defective or unrelated AI output.
Correct errors within the agreed scope and provide included revisions in good faith. Repeated missed deadlines or quality failures may affect visibility or account access.
Rights, consent and provenance
Use only materials, models, voices, likenesses, fonts, datasets and tools you are authorised to use. Obtain required consent for real people and do not create deceptive impersonations or undisclosed clones.
Keep reasonable records of source materials, licences and key tools when needed to explain the provenance of commercial work.
Client content and confidentiality
Use client materials only to perform the project. Do not publish confidential briefs or portfolio the delivered work before receiving permission.
Do not upload confidential or personal data to third-party AI services where that would conflict with the brief, applicable law or the service’s data-use settings.
Payment and marketplace integrity
Payment timing, fees and release conditions will be shown with the project. Do not manipulate reviews, submit fake activity or use Zingolo primarily to divert marketplace clients off-platform.
You remain responsible for taxes and business obligations applicable to your creator activity.
Safety and enforcement
Creators must follow the acceptable-use rules in the Terms of Service. We may pause work or withhold release of disputed funds where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, rights violations or serious quality issues.
